I love sharing my extensive yoga and meditation knowledge and experience with you. I specialise in Injury recovery and using the yoga practice to increase your level of awareness embarking on a journey of recovery, inner peace, balance, and self-discovery.


I provide individual yoga sessions to help you recover from injuries.​ Often recovery takes a long time and it is difficult to find the right people to support and help you on this path. My aim is to not only help you through yoga practice to recover quicker but also to help you find other practitioners who might be able to speed up your recovery.


As a teacher of teachers I love to share my knowledge and understanding of the yogic philosophy, the hindu gods and goddesses, how the subtle body works and other aspects of yoga which you normally don't get access to in a regular class.


Practicing meditation, breathwork and mindfulness is a fantastic way to enrich your life and to live your life with more awareness and freedom. These private sessions will help you to get started on this journey, will create accountability to keep your practice going and will offer you various ways to help find the practice that suits you best.

Sessions typically are 60-90 minutes. 

1 session (casual): $130

2 sessions (prepaid):  $220

6 sessions (prepaid): $600 (6th session free)


My beautiful studio in Cattai NSW (NW Sydney) for in-person sessions. I am also available for online sessions through Zoom.
