Every day I am grateful for the beautiful people in my life and on my path. I am in awe of my amazing, committed students for attending my classes, my workshops, my retreats. For showing up, for working hard, for trusting me, for keeping a smile on their face no matter where I take them. 

They are my inspiration, help me grow, make me curious about yoga and myself, they bring me back to my truth, and help me stay connected to my heart.
