Most of the time we prefer students to find their own practice. However the quality of touch is very powerful when applied wisely. Everyone loves a good assist as touch will help to find inner connection to your physical body and potentially help deepen in the pose.
Since COVID we have moved away from touch, however it's a human need, and now that everything has started to settle again it's time to refresh your memory and get off your mat!
This 2 day training will give you great insight in the principles of assisting, how to use your body to assist, how to assist in a class, how to assist in flow classes and practical guidance to assist 120 poses! A comprehensive manual is part of the course.
As a teacher, at the end of this workshop, you will feel confident to assist in class again, understanding the main principles of assisting and knowing how to assist for most poses.
