Shorter Online Classes

These shorter (30 minute) classes can be practiced by themselves OR your can 'Mix & Match' some classes and add them together for a 1 hour class. These classes are at various levels so that you could choose for example to start with a stronger class and finish with a more gentle or yin class.

Shifting Energy

 

30 minute strong flowing class, using strength to clear your mind and movement to create focus. The perfect practice for a busy day where you'd like to shift your energy. This flow promises to make you feel alive. Suitable for all practitioners who enjoy a stronger flowing practice.

Included in this class: 
- Grounding breathwork
- Strong ladder flows; each flow builds on the previous one
- Core activation to stoke your inner fire
- Funky transitions to increase body awareness

Quick Flow

 

30 minute flowing class for those days when you have less time but still like to get a full practice in! This flow is suitable for all practitioners who enjoy a flowing practice.

Included in this class: 
- Spinal warm up
- Anneriek's signature meditative circular flow
- Flows that help you to open up in all your joints 
- Relaxation

Gentle Practice for Lower Back Release

This 30 minute class will help you to remove tension from your lower back, sacrum and hips. Helping to release lower back pain and increasing lower back and hip mobility. This practice is suitable for beginners and older practitioners and for anyone who's looking for lower back health.

Included in this class:

- Multiple spinal, sacral and hip releasing yoga poses
- Therapeutic spinal release

- Grounding meditation

Yin Yoga for Lower Back Release

This 30 minutes slow and mindful yin yoga practice includes deep stretches which all focus on fascial release of the lower back and sacral area to help release lower back pain and increase mobility in this area. This yin practice is suitable for all levels.

Included in this class:

- Deep releasing Yin stretches: Dangle, Squat, Sphynx/Seal,

  Sleeping Swan, Shoelace, Half Saddle
- Various options to safely practice this class

- Guidance on fascial release

Yin Yoga Goodness for your Shoulders

Typically Yin Yoga is used more for the hips and spine but in this 30 minute class you will find out how amazing these long deep stretches are for your shoulders! Releasing tension you might have build up from working behind your computer, helping to heal shoulder injuries, and increasing your range of motion, all qualities this practice will offer you. Working the Life Force and Digestive meridians to also help you find more emotional balance and happiness. This practice is suitable for all levels.

Included in this class:

- Deep releasing Yin stretches for the shoulders, including the following poses: Side Child, Shoulder knot, and Collapsed Boat
